How to Request a Refund

Email support@getskillkit.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your order email address. We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method.

Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. After 30 days, we are unable to offer refunds.

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
